Congratulations to Calvin Tsay, the newly elected 10D 2026 Programming Coordinator. Calvin Tsay is an Assistant Professor (UK Lecturer) in the Department of Computing at Imperial College London. Prior to his appointment as Lecturer, he was an Imperial College Research Fellow and EPSRC David Clarke Fellow. He received a BS in chemical and biomolecular engineering and a BA in managerial studies from Rice University, and his PhD in chemical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. His research focuses on computational methods for optimisation and control, with applications in machine learning and process systems engineering. Calvin received the 2022 W. David Smith, Jr. Graduate Publication Award from the CAST Division
