CHoPS 2024
This International Conference on Conveying and Handling of Particulate Solids (CHoPS) will be the 11th in the series of CHoPS conferences. CHoPS 2024 will build upon the successes of the previous conferences in bringing together academic and industrial colleagues working in the multidisciplinary field of handling and processing of particulate solids.
The conference will provide an excellent forum to exchange ideas, share knowledge and latest discoveries. There will be many opportunities for networking and developing collaboration around the world.
Conference Overview
The conference will take place over three full days starting on Monday, September 2nd with the conference closing ceremony taking place on Wednesday, September 4th. Registrations will open from 8am on the Monday with a drinks reception taking place on Monday evening and the conference gala dinner on the Tuesday evening.
CHoPS 2024 will be hosted at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC) which has a considerable reputation for hosting highly successful international conferences. The EICC is located in the city centre and can easily be reached on foot from both of Edinburgh’s train stations and a 15-minute walk from Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile.
